Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll send the moon to you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your moon's journey.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@samemoon.co and we'll investigate right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply email us at hello@samemoon.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if your moon lamp arrived damaged! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
